Oakland Art Murmur

The Oakland Art Murmur invites you to discover and explore its cultural and visual art collections at its monthly first Friday events, open to the public and free of charge.

The murmur showcases an exciting variety of artwork in over nineteen art spaces accompanied with a reception, and many of the gallery's displaying artists present. What began as an endeavor to promote the arts, the Art Murmur has now flourished into a popular community art walk that draws crowds from all over the Bay Area. The Oakland art murmur takes place on the first Friday of each month from 6-9 pm at 23rd and Telegraph and 7-10 pm in outlying locations.
