Tai Chi @ MarinMOCA with Gloria Matuszewski
Tai Chi is an ancient form of exercise and designed to improve and rebuild one’s body, mind and spirit. Basically a form of dance, tai chi is “meditation in motion.” Gloria has studied tai chi for twenty years and taught for ten of those years. Come prepared to practice; wear loose comfortable clothes and soft soled shoes. All are welcome, no experience necessary!
