Ansel Adams Photographs
One of the most remarkable American photographers of the 20th century, Ansel Adams transformed his medium through stirring images of nature. He used camera and darkroom to manipulate tone in compositions that he preconceived when confronting his subjects in the field.
This Snite Museum of Art installation of four black and white photographs from its collection is presented in association with the traveling exhibition, Ansel Adams: Masterworks, on view at the South Bend Museum of Art.
