Use the slow, sustained stretching movements and breathing exercises of yoga to help your body become relaxed, firmed, toned and strengthened. Exercises gently take joints through their full range of motion. Instructor Maxine has been teaching for 25 years and is certified by the American Council on Exercise (ACE).
