Electronic composer and indie icon/instigator Dan Deacon has spent his career exploring idioms as disparate as house beats, large-scale orchestral works, and whimsical college pop. He always crafts a uniquely intimate relationship with his audience his history of live antics includes mass choreography, performing in the crowd rather than on-stage, and emceeing dance-offs.
