Bill Pierce
Bill Pierce
Bill Pierce is an excellent saxophonist who also works as an educator. He started off his career in Boston playing R&B with such stars as Stevie Wonder and Marvin Gaye. However, he is essentially a hard bop player, as he showed during stints with James Williams (1979-1980 and 1984-1985) and a high-profile association with Art Blakey's Jazz Messengers (1980-1982); with the latter he shared the front line with Wynton Marsalis and Bobby Watson....
Tessa Souter
Tessa Souter
Tessa Souter always had in mind a professional career as a singer, though she ended up getting a much later start. She was interested in music as far back as she can remember. While stationed in Germany with the Army, he played in groups that also included Eddie Harris, Lanny Morgan, Leo Wright, and Cedar Walton....

Best place in town

I have seen around half a dozen shows here in the past year or so. I dont know of a better place locally to see a show. It has been restored beautifully and the sound is really awesome in there.

You should go and just check out any show, I think you will have a great time.
