I had attended this program in June of 2011 in Virginia Beach and it was great. There were a number of law enforcement, church clergy and lay leadership, Safety Security Team members and others who are concerned for their ministry safety & security.
The presenter, Jerry McConnell and Bob Johnson did a great job, sharing their own ministry experiences. They gave materials and a DVD set so you could take info back home to use.
With the recent shootings this should be a great time for a ministry, church, synagogue or private school to learn how to get a Risk Audit, develop a Plan, set up Teams to implement and carry out the Plan and Be Prepared.
It was a great investment of time and with the Early Bird Discount Code to save us 33% it was invaluable. I recommend it to others who are responsible or who are involved in their groups programs and planning for safety.
