Dangerous Situation 6/22/2012 at Will Call/ Box Office

I attended the 2 hour shortened Dave Matthews Band show last night, Friday 6/22/2012. Live Nation owns the venue and I believe that their will call only policy was to blame for a dangerous situation. I was trying to purchase tickets at the box office with cash and waited for a minimum of three hours. My associate and myself both were in fear the entire time we were trapped in line due to the huge number of people we were unable to move in any direction. The will call crowd chanted wildly and was nearly driven to riot repeatedly. The security provided by the venue were young children with no credentials and many fights broke out that simply were overlooked. The venue only had 3-5 ticketing/will call employs inside the box office while the dozen security kids wandered aimlessly. The show was scheduled to begin at 7:00PM but as a result of the complete chaos it didn't begin until 9:00PM. We intended to return for the second day of the show but I am not willing to risk my safety to purchase tickets again. I have no idea how many people were affected but it was certainly several thousand and possibly ten thousand just with the box office situation not to mention every guest was affected by missing 50% of the concert. I have tried to contact the venue but being owned by Live Nation they are unwilling to speak to anyone regarding this subject. They are willing to discuss sponsorship, advertising, and ticket sales. This was by far my worst concert experience in my life of 39 years.
