This free intergenerational and interactive drum circle and rhythm-fun session, facilitated by Lydia Smith of Westport’s Drumming With Lydia, uses drums and percussion instruments to build community, reduce stress, enhance creativity, share self expression with worldly rhythms,… Show more boost the immune system, and provide you with a fun experience in a supportive environment. In addition, participants will make, decorate and take home their own musical “Rain STICK”!
