Introduction to Chocolate with Linda Brudz
In this 3 hour class learn the nature of chocolate, how to temper and why we temper, enrobing candies, dipped fruit and decorating with white chocolate, molding chocolate, and making ganache for truffles.
Each participant will make:
Piped Chocolate Decorations, Truffles, Chocolate covered Caramels or Marzipans, free form fruit and nut candies, Rocky Roads, Molded Chocolate Candies.
Students must be age 13 or older. Class must have 3 students to run.
