The Leventhal-Sidman JCC in Newton will hold a fitness center open house on Sunday, January 6 from 8am-noon. The event includes free demonstrations in the Pilates Studio, JCC personal trainers available to discuss fitness needs, information about the JCC’s Take It Off weight loss program, free nutrition bar samples and music. Sample group fitness classes such as Zumba, spinning, cardio blast, yogalates, JBarre and turbo kick. A special Family Zumba class will be offered from 11-11:45am.
