Drop-in Small Group Training Classes
Get fit and stay fit with drop-in training classes available at the Leventhal-Sidman JCC in Newton. Two different classes are offered. TRX Suspension Training is offered on Sundays (8:15am), Tuesdays (6am), and Wednesdays (9:15am and 6pm). Boot Camp is offered on Fridays (8:30am) and Saturdays (10:30am). Both classes open to all fitness levels. All classes are 45 minutes in length. For more information, contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
