We may find ourselves suddenly in the position of caregiver, be it to aging parents, an ailing spouse, adult children returning home, or grandchildren. How do we adjust, and recognize that we can only care for others if we care for ourselves first. Katie Zeoli, MPH, MA will address this issue at the Newport Mesa Irvine AAUW meeting on 23 February at 11:30 A.M. at the Newport Coast Community Center. The public is welcome. $20 payable at door.
