Nature Art Classes at Joppa Flats: Our Own Winter Playland

Any season is a great time to notice nature's beauty and to make it come to life with amazing works of art! In the winter series, we'll use collage and various materials to make wonderful 3-D landscapes of places we like to play in and faraway worlds we've always wondered about. In the spring series, we'll use watercolors, colored pencils, pastels, and more to create scenes that feature our favorite trees, the birds that reappear every year, the watery marshes of Joppa Flats, and the starry dome… Show more over the city at night. Move over, van Gogh - make room for all our Joppa artist superstars! Materials will be provided. Parents are welcome to stay during this program.
