Description Red Hills Adult Program is designed for active adults who desire challenge and variety in their training program. This program will improve stamina, strength and coordination during the 60 minute movement based classes. Sessions are fun, educational and challenging. I have not participated in workouts this challenging since I played college basketball! It's like having a personal trainer, but half the cost . It's a MUCH better workout than you could ever get in a gym. I also like that every day is something different and you NEVER get bored . I have learned how to use kettlebells, medicine balls, speed ladders and much more in ways I had previously not imagined. I can once again play all 4 quarters of a basketball game without needing multiple breaks, I am over 30 pounds lighter, I have progressed from 3 to 10 pullups, 23 to 75 pushups, my resting heart rate has dropped from the mid 70's to the low 50's and I have much more confidence now to say "no" to things I don't want in my life. Who would've guessed group training could do all that?!
