Sapphire is less about lounging than it is about moves. The DJs sample disco, R&B and '70s funk for the fly girls and boys who attempt to outdo each other with breakdancing and acrobatics worthy of Ringling Bros. Onlookers clap rhythmically while picking up dance partners, and soon everyone gets caught up in the bump and grind.
