Hear Met Opera artists discuss Tcherniakov’s new production of Prince Igor
Join us on Sunday, February 23 rd as a panel of Met artists discuss Dmitri Tcherniakov’s bold new production of Alexander Borodin’s defining Russian epic, Prince Igor, moderated by Simon Morrison (Princeton University). The opera returns to the Met for the first time in nearly 100 years with its famous Polovtsian Dances, star bass-baritone Ildar Abdrazakov in the title role, and conductor Gianandrea Noseda on the podium. After the presentation, there will be a brief Q&A session.
