The Lexington Democratic Club is pleased to honor the Honorable Richard Ravitch at our 2013 Annual Dinner. Mr. Ravitch has served the people of New York for over 40 years in various levels of government. Mr. Ravitch was the 75 th Lieutenant Governor of New York, the Chair of the Metropolitan Transportation Authority, Chair of the New York State Urban Development Corporation and Co-Chair of the State Budget Crisis Task Force.
