Brooklyn Brewery meets the Bohemian Beer Quadrunner
Hospoda will offer American craft beers drafted in four different ways from its famous draught system, the Bohemian Beer Quadrunner.From Monday, February 25th through Thursday, February 28th, they will hook up Brooklyn Brewery’s Black Chocolate Stout and Winter Ale to its tap. The Sweet Pour is all foam, the Neat Pour is a headless beauty, the Slice Pour is about ¾ foam and the Crème Pour is the classic way of drafting beer in Prague – a foamy head that takes up less than half the glass.
