Lincoln Ristorante Hosts “Nero di Norcia” a Celebration of Umbrian Cuisine and Wines
Lincoln Ristorante celebrates its three month culinary exploration of Umbria with “Nero di Norcia,” an evening honoring the soulful dishes and wines of Italy’s “green heart.” The menu developed by Chef Jonathan Benno highlights the rustic and hearty ingredients for which Umbria is renowned such as pork, lentils, and Norcia Black Truffles. Beverage Director Aaron Von Rock pours the best of Umbrian wines and guides guests through each pairing during the meal.
