Art & Politics: See It Now!

This exhibition takes an international, intergenerational and interdisciplinary look at the way well-known artists comment on, perceive and provoke political action. From the October Revolution through Tiananmen Square to the Arab Spring, artists in this show appropriated primary and secondary source materials from film, photographs & newspapers to create compelling visual images with a variety of methodologies: painting, collage, printmaking, photography, excision, and digital manipulation.
