How do I use my discount code?
Scenario 1 : If you were given a link with the code pre-applied, simply select the number of tickets you want to purchase from the first dropdown (ex. "Partner/Sponsor Rate"), then scroll down and click the green " Register " button to complete your purchase.
Scenario 2 : If you were given a code, (ex. XY21ABC) scroll down to the middle of the registration page and click the orange link that says Enter promotional code . Enter the code in the space provided, then click " Apply ". The page will reload and your rate will be listed at the top of the screen (ex. "Partner/Sponsor Rate") . From there you can select the number of tickets, then scroll down and select the green " Register " button to complete your purchase.

Are group rates available?
Yes! All group rates have a 5-person maximum. After registering your group, please send an email to Krystle Wright at kwright@impactleadership21.com  listing the name and affiliation of each group member.
Can I purchase tickets at the door on the day of the event?
All attendees must pre-register.  No payment will be accepted at the door. Â
Is my registration/ticket transferable?
Subject to approval.  Please email Krystle Wright at kwright@impactleadership21.com  for details.Â
What is the refund policy?
For cancellations 31 or more days before the event, we offer a 50% refund.
For cancellations 30 days or less before the event date, we regret that we do not offer any refund.
Refunds are processed 30 days after the Summit date.
Registration is transferable with prior notice.Â
