Dining Out: A Chronolgy of American Menus
The Museum's 3-part rotating exhibit of the Henry Voigt Collection of American Menus illustrates not only what Americans ate in the 19th century but also the evolution of American culture. Part I features over 30 historic menus dating from 1841 - 1846. Menus on display include those from the famed Tremont House in Boston and the Delmonico Hotel in New York City. The exhibit runs from October 30 through December 30.
