Science in the News - Quantum Computing

Tuesday, May 27 6:30p to 7:30p

This month we bring you into a world so incredibly tiny that the normal rules of physics don’t apply! In this “quantum world” the science fiction of teleportation suddenly becomes a reality. Building a quantum computer will enable us to solve hard problems we could never solve before! Science in the News is a free, public lecture series given by Yale graduate students and postdocs that explains science in a way that everyone can understand. Funded by GPSS, GSL@McDougal, ONHSA, and NHFPL.
