Permanently MAD: Revealing the Collection

This exhibition features 150 of the most significant works from the Museum’s permanent holdings, including the work of groundbreaking artists and designers from the 1950s through the present day—Jack Lenor Larson, Wendell Castle, Faith Ringgold,George Segal, Cindy Sherman and Betty Woodman, among others. The exhibition traces the phenomenal rise of the studio craft tradition in America following World War II, and its evolution into a dynamic global movement synthesizing art, craft and design.
