Audubon Zoo’s summer of the dinosaur was a roaring success – so much fun it seemed a shame to shut it down. So “Audubon’s Dinosaur Adventure” continues at Audubon Zoo in New Orleans with some incredible new creatures to spice up the experience and lure everyone back into the dinosaur’s den.

The stars of the show aren’t going anywhere. The impressive T-Rex and awesome Gigantosaurus are staying right where they are. But they will have to share the spotlight with newcomers Crylophosaurus (“frozen crested reptile”), Styracosaurus (with baby!) and Euoplocephalus (“well-protected head” – measuring about 20 feet long).

“What an incredible dinosaur summer we had,” said Audubon Zoo Managing Director Larry Rivarde. “No one was ready to say goodbye to Audubon’s Dinosaur Adventure yet, so it was an easy decision to extend its stay and bring in some of Billings Productions’ newest and most exciting creations.”

Admission to Audubon’s Dinosaur Adventure is $2 for groups and members and $4 for general public in addition to regular Zoo admission. Audubon Zoo is located at 6500 Magazine Street in New Orleans.

Audubon Experience package tickets to Audubon Zoo, Audubon Aquarium, Audubon Insectarium and Entergy IMAX Theatre, are an economical and popular way to see all of Audubon’s attractions for one low price. Visit www.auduboninstitute.org or call Audubon Info Central at (504) 581-4629 or toll free 800-774-7394 for details.
