How do I apply for a job as a real estate agent? First, you need to obtain a real estate license, then find a broker that you can hang your license under. At Trust Realty One we take pride in offering training to our agents as well as offer some of the highest commission splits in the industry.
Do you offer financial aid? We do Not offer financial aid because our pricing is too low to qualify. However, if you are a military veteran, you May use your Va benefits to pay for your schooling at Trust Realty One!
How much does all of this cost? Right now, you can take our 40 hour pre licensing course for $499. $199. We offer a payment plan, which divides the price into 2 payments, but there is a $75 convenience charge for this option which is attached to the first payment. For licensees in their first 2 years after becoming licensed you are required to take Continuing Ed courses. We offer those as a package for course fees and schedule are TBA
How long does it take to finish the classes? Typically, it should take about 2-4 weeks to finish all of your coursework, if you take your classes in sequence during each cycle in the classroom.
How do I obtain a real estate license?
At the completion of the course you will receive an Educational Certificate, which will enable you to take the State's test at one of the following locations:
Tuesday through Saturday in Boston and Woburn
Thursday through Saturday in North Dartmouth and Worcester
One day per week in Springfield
You must receive a score of 70 or better on a 120+ multiple choice question test. You are notified of your score immediately and will receive your license immediately upon passing.
To obtain a Massachusetts Real Estate Sales Person's License, the State requires that you complete a 40-hour course, which is divided into sessions on the following subjects:
