Multi-talented, multi-instrumentalist alt-rocker Andrew Bird is headed to the Ryman Auditorium on March 19.
Bird has had an eclectic solo career, following a stint as violinist with the Squirrel Nut Zippers in the 1990s. In addition to playing with his own band, Bowl of Fire, he has worked with artists ranging from the Preservation Hall Jazz Band to inventor Ian Schneller, for an installation at the Guggenheim Museum in New York City.
