Includes copy of Master of Wine – Tim Hanni’s book – “Why You Like the Wines You Like: changing the way the world thinks about wine”
This course is designed for anyone with an interest in wine (from novice to professional) : wine professionals, hospitality professionals, sommeliers, wine educators as well as wine consumers. This program also builds upon the new materials Hanni has written and that are now an integral part of the Wine & Spirits Education Trust (WSET) curriculum – a must for Advanced level students and anyone who teaches WSET programs.
Course begins 9:30am and Ends 4:00pm includes wine and food pairing lunch.

Join instructor and Master of Wine, Tim Hanni an internationally renowned ‘flavor maven.’ A professionally-trained chef, he is one of the first two resident Americans to successfully complete the examination and earn the title Master of Wine. He is a Certified Wine Educator accredited by the Society of Wine Educators. He has been involved with wine- and food-related businesses, education and research for over thirty-five years. Hanni has a unique perspective on food and wine, providing a modern and innovative approach to the subject.
