When do doors open? Doors will open 45 minutes before the show at 6:15 p.m.
Where do I park? You can park in either side of the church parking lot. There will be attendants to guide you to a spot, and a cart available to transport those needing assistance from their vehicles to the building.
Is my ticket transferrable? Yes, if you are not able to attend the event you may transfer your ticket to a friend or family member by calling 208-467-7479 or by following these directions .
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? Yes, bringing your printed ticket to the event will ensure that you get in on time and the check-in process goes smoothly.
What is the refund policy? If you are not able to attend the event, a complete refund will be issued up to 24 hours before the event. Ticket orders will not be refunded less than 24 hours before the event. To request a cancellation of your ticket order and a refund, contact 208-467-7479.
