Boise Philharmonic's Copland & Piano
Martha Graham's unique and inspirational style of dance, and habit of commissioning new works, led to one of the most well known American ballet scores ever written, Appalachian Spring by Aaron Copland. Combine that with the masterpieces by J.S. Bach and Spring Symphony by Robert Schuman, and you have a concert of light, love and optimism. Daniel Hege, guest conductor and Roberto Plano, piano.
