Afternoon Exercise Classes with Weights Now Offered in Murrieta, California at French Valley Community Center

If you've got 30 minutes, you've got time to work your legs and arms! Just Arms & Legs tones and shapes you up real fast because we use weights... a set of 3 or 5-pound dumbbells (depending on your age and fitness level.) We'll be doing plenty of squats and lunges, biceps curls, tricep work and even some shoulders. Your gluteals will also get a great workout, too! Classes offered on Mon & Wed.
