Welcome to Sir Pizza a family owned and operated business. We have been serving the Middle Tennessee community since 1965 with a pizza that has been voted by our customers as one of the best around. Today we not only serve pizza at our 12 locations, our expanded menu now includes, Wings, Salads, Sandwiches, and Pasta's. All of our locations provide Dine In, Pick Up, or Delivery Service and most are open 7 days a week for your convenience.Although you will find Sir Pizza of Tennessee in Fairview, Franklin, Madison, Nashville, Bellevue, Antioch, Hermitage, Smyrna, Lavergne, and 3 locations in Murfreesboro. You will also find stores in Indiana Called Pizza King (originators of Sir Pizza), Kentucky, Michigan, North Carolina, South Carolina, Pennsylvania and Florida. There are also stores in Germany, South America, and Australia.We pride ourselves on being a local family business and achieve this through our franchise partners and community involvement. Our dough is made from a special formula, our sauces are home made, and our cheese comes right from the dairy farms of Wisconsin. Our father Robert Fortner brought the franchise right to Sir PIZZA of Tennessee in 1965 from Muncie Indiana. Dad bought the franchise from Bob Swartz who helped his Mom and Dad expand their family business "PIZZA KING" to include franchising as "SIR PIZZA" outside Indiana. As a FAMILY we opened our first store in Jackson Heights Plaza. My Sister waited tables, I ran ovens, Dad ran the register and my Brother helped our Mom in the Commissary. The Commissary is the workhorse of Sir PIZZA. It takes the prep work off of the retail stores.
