I went to see Toy Story 3 with my 2 year old son and a friend. 1st off one of the 3d glasses that we were given did not work. I went back to the front to exchange them and the woman at the front was talking to another employee about some thing that was not job related and ignored me at first. When I told her that we were given 2 sets of glasses and that one was not working she was very rude and said that they only work when you are in the theatre I went on to tell her that we were in the theatre and they still did not work like the other one’s that we had, she rudely interrupted me then gave me another set. The movie was amazing but after the movie was over my friend asked if she could get her refill, again the women was very rude and nasty. The employee pointed out that the refills were for during the movie only. My friend would have never paid $6 for the large drink if she had been told that in the first place! She was not about to leave the movie that we paid $8 each to see just for a refill! She was never told and that information was written with a sharpie on the sign so small that I could hardly reed it from 4 feet away. If you are not going to give some one their refill that they are initialed to then you should put it in LARGE print!!!! If some one comes in to your establishment and pays to see a movie, popcorn and a drink that gets a refill they should at lest be treated with respect! This happened the 23rd of June 2010 after the 9:30pm showing for Toy Story. The employee did not have a name badge but she was the only employee there at the time. I am a military wife with a 2 year old son; I am 5 months pregnant and a paying costumer who expects to be treated with respect. I will not be coming back if I see this woman in the theatre; I could easily just go to Mansfield, Newark or Columbus and be treated better.
