CrossFit Mt. Pleasant Grand Opening Celebration

CrossFit workouts will be offered every 30 minutes from 10:30 a.m. to noon. They are free and open to anyone. An official ribbon cutting will be at 10 a.m. There also will be health-conscious exhibitors, a jump castle for the children and refreshments. As part of its grand opening celebration, CrossFit Mt. Pleasant will donate half of any new first-month membership through April 30 to the Center for Women.
