Following an event that humiliated Turkey, a Turkish agent (Necati Sasmaz) and his comrades (Gurkan Uygun, Kenan Coban) go after a corrupt CIA operative (Billy Zane) . When the Americans interrupt a wedding party and fatalities result, the Turks declare war on the murderous villains.
