It’s what every college kid wants; to become rich… fast. Students from MIT, led by their professor, go to Las Vegas on their weekends to beat casinos at their own game. Armed with fake i.d.’s and disguises, these students make millions of dollars by playing blackjack.
But it’s not so believable… what student who was accepted to Harvard for grad school would actually risk his whole future to make quick money? If someone was that smart, they probably wouldn’t even think about putting everything on the line. The ironic thing about this movie is that it’s based the true story of real life MIT students. 21 offered comedy, romance, and suspense all packed into one movie. It was decent, but I would say save your $10 and wait to rent 21 on DVD.
