Conceived as a marrow donor for her gravely ill sister, Anna Fitzgerald (Abigail Breslin) has undergone countless surgeries and medical procedures in her short life. A very touching movie. Several characters all of whom touch in one way or another.

Although the movie was amazing the ending was not as great.The book's ending was waaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyy better to me!
