SUPERB! This film captivated me not only with its story line but the performances by Daniel Day-Lewis and Paul Dano. I never looked at the time.

3 FRIENDS & I SAW THIS MOVIE & ALL AGREED IT WAS AWFUL!!! WHAT A WASTE OF 2 1/2 HOURS. EVERY YEAR, THERE IS ALWAYS ONE MOVIE UP FOR SEVERAL ACADAMY AWARDS & AFTER YOU'VE SEEN IT, YOU'RE ASKING YOURSELF "THIS WAS UP FOR AN ACADAMY AWARD"? THIS HAS TO BE THIS YEAR'S ENTRY.

This movie changed my life! Lewis was intense in a fiendish way, he carried an already good movie to great heights!
Like a John McCain only more evil........................... Not for the weak minded, so Obama supporters stay home and make some "changes"...
This movie is for real people.

A great film that is equal parts Coen Brothers and morality play, remixed with Upton Sinclair's distinctive brand of anti-capitalism ethos. An amazing performance by Daniel Day-Lewis but equally impressive work by Paul Dano (from Little Miss Sunshine). Wonderful support from Ciaran Hinds as a quietly menacing but loyal henchman to Day-Lewis's relentless character.
