The cast for this movie was good, action and sound was good as well.however i couldnt get into this movie as much as i had hoped.Something about the way it was presented and the pacing threw me off and left me with a detached feeling.it was for the most part enjoyable.but yet easily overshadowed by other movies.

I actually enjoyed this movie. It was action-packed and the kids really liked it. I could even watch it again.

If you saw the preview you saw all that was worth watching, skip this one, don't even watch it on cable or DVD. The only reason that it got half a star was for the sexy girls in it, if not for them I'd have walked out much sooner. This movie sucks !

Enjoyed the movie as a whole. The action was pretty good and the storyline sufficient. Even though G.I. Joe was pimped out as previously mentioned the moveie was definently a must see action extrodinair. The toys were really neat to see in action.

Awesome...I am an extremely picky viewer, however this movies is action packed from the beginning to the end. This is one of the very few movies I would actually buy. Very kid friendly.
A gotta see!

Just like the other reviews, I thought it was horriable.
The CGI in this 100 million dollar flop is horriable, a throwback to the days of the Babylon 5 T.V. series. (At least they had an excuse for there quality)
No public service anouncements that made the 80's program a pop icon...shame on you Steven Sommers!
The soundtrack sounded like it was scored in under a week by a fan and did not fit the pace of a 100 million dollar the film.
The action scenes were intense and unfocused and often looked like a child playing with their respected toys, and the parent filming it for all to see.
The best part of the film was it ending! Save your money for District 9, and avoid the shame of this "direct to video" quality movie.
"And now you know...and knowing is half the battle!"

No PSA...
The CGI was horrible. And I seen some bad godrot in my days.
The soundtrack was that of a video game.
The laws of physics just don't apply here, Ice Sinks... That's right, in order to destroy their own base in a blaze of glory Cobra destroys the giant ice shelf above their compound so that the ice can fall down and crush the base...
The action was dragged out way too long in most cases, it seems like it was done so because they didn't have enough plot to cover thirty minutes let alone two hours...
Such a heap...
Save your money.
When it comes out on video don't bother.
It's not even worth watching on TV if it happens to be on.
There's not even any 'one liners' you can pull and be harassed by because you didn't see it.

Not that great of a movie, some bad CG and pretty terrible storyline, but I went in with some hope that it would revive some good ol' GI Joe memories. Too bad it didn't though. Then again, I tend to dislike movies where love becomes the character's weakness. Or maybe it's suppose to be strength? Hrm!
The good part about the movie is that the actors and actresses look pretty hot in their skin tight uniforms. And there were a few really funny scenes thanks to Marlon Wayans.
What would have made this movie better would be.. the PSA announcement that usually followed every GI Joe cartoon episode (i.e. how to scissor kick to stay afloat). Also the line "knowing is half the battle" could have been better placed in the story.
All-in-all, if I were still in elementary school this would have been the coolest movie ever! But since I'm not, it was a bit of a waste of two hours.
