I went to Hong Kong Bistro the first time this week and really enjoyed the fried rice (I tried a chicken friend rice and a tomato sauce one) and ham and corn soup. I enjoyed it so much that I went back again. I've been to Hong Kong Bistro two times this week and the week is not over yet.
All of the items are decently priced (around $7 for a plate of fried rice and $3 for soup) and the portions are very large.
The other part I like about this restaurant is that it is open LATE!
