Lionel Hampton Jazz Festival

The University of Idaho Lionel Hampton Jazz Festival, recipient of the 2007 National Medal of Arts, is dedicated to celebrating and maintaining jazz music for future generations. We inspire students, educators, artists and audiences of all ages to enhance their appreciation, understanding and performance of jazz through educational programming and performances.
