Here old world charm meets modern elegance: From the 19th century exposed brick walls, to the modern art gallery peeking over the second-story wood balustrade onto the main dining room; from the original wide plank wood floors to the beautiful new mahogany bar accented by trendy, low-voltage lighting, it is clear that ambience is a key ingredient in Soiree. But it's also clear that ambiance is not to supersede food or service. With more than 40 yearsÕ combined experience in a predominately country club setting, one might expect a creation from executive chef Jon Spencer, Alan ÒAJÓ Jackson and Michael Spencer to be a bit more on the traditional side.
