Cooking Class: Eat More Chicken
Let’s face it. We all fall into a chicken rut. We can’t eat one more grilled chicken breast or another rotisserie chicken. We’re going to fix that. We’ll make (baked) Jamaican jerk chicken wings, (baked) parmesan and panko crusted chicken tenders, beer can chicken seasoned with a dry rub and served with loaded, smashed red potatoes (our one not-so-healthy indulgence) and chicken curry with jasmine rice. Now you have options!
