Beginners Tai Chi
Tai Chi recommended by the Arthritis Foundation, it’s good for the body, mind and spirit.Tai Chi has even helped some to lose weight. Classes are instructed by Mike Gentile, a certified physical trainer, AF instructor, and Reiki Master. Open Tai Chi classes will begin on Feb. 18 and meet at South Iredell Senior Center every Monday from 11 a.m. - noon for advanced students, and from 12:15-1:15 p.m. for beginners. Cost is $6 per person per class at the door.
