Massages are now available at South Iredell Senior Center. The next sessions will be held on Mon., Jan. 14 and & Tues., Jan. 15, appointment required. Massage therapy is particularly valuable for the problems associated with growing older. Careful massage can help provide the elderly with symptomatic relief and enable seniors to extend the vitality in their lives. Senior rate is $20 for a 30 minute session.
