With its small 4 m x 5 m stage and its distinctive Elizabethan design, the intimate 138-seat Studio-théâtre is dedicated primarily to showcasing francophone song. Having played host to some of the most renowned local chanteurs and chanteuses, the hall is also home to the week-ends de la chanson, as well as the SACEF's (Société pour l'avancement de la chanson d'expression française) annual Ma Première Place des Arts competition, aimed at promoting and highlighting the work of up-and-coming singers and songwriters.
