We have been to this retaurant couple of weeks back and the food was fairly good and we decided to order some food for my son's birthday which included Medhu Vadas which I am sure is a specialty of South India and expected Madurai Masala to deliver good stuff. But I was sadly mistaken. My mother-in-law who is from Chennai makes yummy medhu vadas which are light weight and fluffy. But the ones delivered here were hard like stones and each one weighs almost 1/2 pound (no exageration). The guests didnot eat any of it and the ones who tried threw half in the trash. Out of 60 vadas, 55 went in the trash can. I called the owner the next day and he said that vadas in USA are made just like this as if we have never tasted a vada before. I guess I just wasted my time explaining to him. The chicken ordered was just OK, nothing great. So, please save your time and money and order from some good restaurants like Tandoori Nights, etc...
