Saturday, Nov 16, 2013 9:00a to 4:30p
Stauth Memorial Museum Montezuma, KS

58 art quilts show how we, as ordinary people, share the traditions that tie Americans together thru holiday, cultural, and personal celebrations and how we see ourselves through our traditions. The exhibition also features traditions that Americans brought with them as immigrants. These diverse artists come from every geographical region representing many ethnic and cultural groups. Exhibit provided by Smith Kramer Fine Arts Service. 20 traditional Kansas quilts will also be on display.
