Tai Chi for the New Year
Tai chi, a Chinese system of slow meditative physical exercise, improves balance, agility, circulation, heart health and mental health. Instructor: Judith Rew, a 12-year practitioner and a bronze medalist at the Yang Traditional Tai Chi Fourth International Invitational Tournament of Shanxi Province, China.
